I don’t know. It depends on how common the rim size is. Probably though. Sure would be fun in the snow. If a bit cold.

WHEN you go look at this, bring someone who knows a thing or two about inspecting welds. If the frame is crap, you need to walk away quickly.
If it looks to be well made, go for it. It'll be joyful overkill.
